Account Deletion Request

Users of the SanRaj Primium Online Shopping mobile app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This public page is available without login, registration, OTP, authentication, or app installation.

SanRaj Primium does not currently provide a self-service deletion form on this page. To make a genuine deletion request, please contact our support team using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email sanrajprimium.india@gmail.com with the subject line Account deletion request – SanRaj Primium Online Shopping.
  2. In the message, provide your registered mobile number or email address, your name, and your User ID or Account ID if you know it.
  3. Clearly state that you want your SanRaj Primium Online Shopping account and associated personal data deleted.
  4. We may require reasonable identity verification before processing the request. Do not send your password, OTP, full payment card number, CVV, or banking PIN.
  5. If email is not convenient, contact support by phone at +91 9640543897 and follow the identity-verification instructions provided by our support team.

Data Deleted

After verification and processing, we will delete or anonymise account-linked personal information where applicable, including:

  • User account and account credentials
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Saved delivery, pickup, and billing addresses
  • Profile information and saved account preferences
  • Other account-linked personal information that is not required to be retained

Records That May Be Retained

Order, transaction, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, security, or fraud-prevention records may be retained only where legally required or reasonably necessary for legitimate legal and security purposes. Any retained information will be limited to what is needed and protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Most verified account deletion requests are expected to be reviewed and processed within 7–30 days. The exact period may depend on identity verification, the complexity of the request, and any legal retention requirements. We may contact you if additional information is needed.
