• Device and usage information: browser or device type, IP address, app version, diagnostic logs, pages or features used and security events.
• Content you provide: profile photo, product-search image, review images, ratings and messages when you choose to upload them.
• Location information: delivery location or approximate location when you enter it or permit location access.

3. How we use information

• Create and secure your account and verify sign-in requests.
• Process orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Provide customer support and send service notifications.
• Personalise product discovery, remember preferences and improve performance.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised activity and comply with legal obligations.
• Analyse service reliability and fix technical issues.

4. How information is shared

We share only the information reasonably required to operate the service with:

• Sellers fulfilling your order.
• Courier and logistics providers for pickup, delivery, tracking, returns and proof of delivery.
• Authorised payment gateways, banks and payout or refund providers.
• OTP, email, messaging, cloud-hosting, analytics, security and customer-support providers.
• Government authorities, regulators or law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is legally required.
• A successor organisation if our business is reorganised, merged or transferred, subject to applicable law.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for authorised purposes and are expected to protect it appropriately.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers. Their privacy policies also apply to information they collect directly. SanRaj Primium receives payment status, transaction identifiers and limited details needed for reconciliation, support and refunds.

6. Device permissions

The website or app may request access to your camera, photos or location only when required for a feature you choose, such as image search, uploading a profile or review image, or selecting a delivery location. You can deny or later withdraw these permissions in your device or browser settings, although the related feature may stop working.

You can clear browser data or control cookies in your browser settings; some essential features may then require you to sign in again.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw optional permissions, or ask questions about our processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Children's privacy

SanRaj Primium is not intended for independent use by children below the age permitted to enter a binding contract under applicable law. A parent or legal guardian should supervise any minor's use. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.
